Refund Policy
We aim for 100 % customer satisfaction. Refunds are issued under these conditions:
- A recharge failed but your account was debited
- A transaction was not processed due to a technical error on our side
Steps to claim a refund:
- Raise a support ticket within 72 hours of the transaction
- Our team will investigate and update you
- Refunds are processed to your wallet or original payment method within 7 working days
Note: No refund is possible if you entered an incorrect number or operator.
